Additionally we have worked as consultants to more than 150 local voluntary and community
organisations in and around London, of varying sizes and diversity across London, and raised more than £30 million for organizations from both the private, statutory and voluntary sectors.
Innovation
Route Consultancy was shortlisted for The Pavilion Innovation in Training Award in 2000 for its development of a Personal Safety Course for New Citizens.
It was also shortlisted for the British Community Safety Awards (Crime Concern) for developing and piloting the first Community Safety Course in the country.
Organised the first Fathers Conference in 2004 to share and discuss issues around fatherhood.
Has developed a unique Mentoring training course which has been accredited and certificated by ASDAN national awarding body at level 3. Additionally, a bid writing accredited training for voluntary and community groups/organization and for those seeking formal tenders. Again accredited and certificated by ASDAN.

Some of the clients with whom we have worked have included:
The Metropolitan Police Service - establishing their Positive Action Programme for Detective Inspectors e.g. Female and Ethnic Minority Detective Training Programme (FEM/DTP) through work based vocational assessment and delivering and assessing a major part of their race awareness training under the requirements of the Steven Lawrence Inquiry.
Hertfordshire Social Services - review of day provision for people with a learning disability with respect to employment, education and assessment
Brent Council - established the On Track, Children’s Fund, Positive Action for Young People, Sure Start Roundwood, Behaviour Improvement and the Common Assessment Framework programmes. As well as providing evaluations of these programmes and other council services.
East Berkshire College and Ealing Tertiary College - managed the community education, external partnerships and vocational training programmes.
Heathermount School for Autistic learners - provision of curriculum support and qualifications for students and staff.
Brent and Harrow PCT - provided training, support, and policy advice to health visitors and service users as part of their change management programme towards corporate working and public health responsibilities.
Careers Development Group - bid writing and policy development for this major national charity that provides Flexible New Deal programmes.
Pyramid Trust - provision of diversity advice and consultation.
Black Enterprise Training Group - provision of consultancy support to Black training organizations.
Coram Family (boys2MEN ) - consultant on their innovative boys2Men mentoring programme
Hammersmith and Fulham Action on Disability - writing funding bids and training provision. Punjab State Government - training and consultancy on sport and coachingdevelopment.
Brent Youth Offending Service - writing funding applications for early intervention programmes
